Who this is for

One classroom. Three kinds of people who want into AI.

🚀

Freshers & grads

No experience yet. Walk out with fundamentals, a real portfolio, and the interview prep to land your first AI role with confidence.

🎓

Students

Pre-final and final year. Build projects and skills that make placement interviews easy to clear, while everyone else lists tutorials.

💼

Working professionals

A weekend track to move into AI or add it to your current role, taught in person by someone shipping production AI right now.

Why this is different

The market is full of AI courses taught by people who never shipped AI.

This one is taught by a founder who builds and ships production AI every single day. Every concept here is something used in a live product serving real businesses, so you learn it the way it actually works.

RAGAI AgentsEmbeddings pgvectorFastAPIFunction calling Multi-model routingPrompt engineeringEvals GuardrailsDeployment
  • Build real, deployable AI apps, not throwaway notebooks.
  • A portfolio that survives interview scrutiny, with live demos on your GitHub.
  • Learn cost, evals and guardrails — the things production teams actually ask about.
  • Live mock interviews with direct feedback from the founder.
  • A classroom capped at 25, so you get attention, not a recording dump.

The curriculum

12 weeks, four phases, one job-ready engineer.

Two days a week, in person, with notes and code for every session. The interview-readiness thread runs through every project, then goes deep at the end.

PHASE 01

Foundations & your first AI app

Weeks 1 to 3
Week 1Sessions 1–2
Setup & the AI engineer's workflow

Python for AI fast-track, environments and packaging, Git and GitHub, VS Code, reading docs, working effectively with AI coding assistants.

Week 2Sessions 3–4
How LLMs actually work + first API app

Tokens, context windows, temperature, embeddings intuition. Calling LLM APIs across providers. Build your first working LLM-powered script.

Week 3Sessions 5–6
Prompt engineering & structured outputs

System vs user prompts, few-shot, step-by-step reasoning, reliable JSON and structured outputs, intro to function calling.

PROJECT 1 — A working prompt-engineered LLM app
PHASE 02

Building real GenAI applications

Weeks 4 to 6
Week 4Sessions 7–8
Embeddings & vector databases

Embeddings from scratch, pgvector and Chroma, similarity search, chunking strategies, building a retrieval layer that actually works in production.

Week 5Sessions 9–10
RAG end to end

Indexing pipelines, retrieval quality, context injection, re-ranking. Build and ship a full chat-over-your-documents app backed by a vector store.

Week 6Sessions 11–12
AI backends with FastAPI + tool use

REST API patterns for AI apps, function calling and tool use, streaming responses, async patterns, wiring an LLM to external systems.

PROJECT 2 — A deployed RAG chatbot over custom data
PHASE 03

Agentic AI & production

Weeks 7 to 9
Week 7Sessions 13–14
AI agents fundamentals

What agents really are, the agent loop, tool definitions, memory and state. When to use agents and when not to. Build your first autonomous agent from scratch.

Week 8Sessions 15–16
Multi-agent systems & integrations

Orchestration patterns, agent-to-agent handoffs and real-world connectors — APIs, databases, email, CRM. Building systems where agents coordinate to complete complex tasks.

Week 9Sessions 17–18
Production AI engineering

Cost optimization, multi-model routing, evals frameworks, observability, guardrails and rate-limit handling. Everything you need to ship AI features that stay healthy in production.

PROJECT 3 — An AI agent with tool use that does a real task
PHASE 04

Capstone & job readiness

Weeks 10 to 12
Week 10Sessions 19–20
Capstone build I

Spec, architect and start building your production AI product. Define the problem, choose the right AI patterns, set up your repo and ship the first working slice.

Week 11Sessions 21–22
Capstone build II + portfolio

Finish the build, polish the GitHub with a live demo and clean README. AI resume and LinkedIn rewrite for AI roles. Your portfolio ready to share with any recruiter or hiring manager.

Week 12Sessions 23–24
Interview clearing + demo day

Live mock interviews with direct feedback from the founder. AI system design drills, GenAI question banks, behavioral rounds. Demo day — present your capstone to an audience of founders and hiring managers.

  • Issued on completion of the capstone and core projects
  • Verifiable, shareable on LinkedIn and your resume
  • Paired with a live portfolio that proves the skills are real

Your instructor

Rajkumar Neelappa

Founder & CEO, Axon Intelligence

Rajkumar (Raj) is building AxonBOS, India's first AI Digital Workforce platform, built for the country's 63 million MSMEs. An NIT Surathkal engineer with over 21 years of enterprise technology experience, he has held senior technical roles at Siemens, IBM, P&G and HP across four countries.

He is a two-time AI founder. His earlier venture, Physeek Fit, a computer-vision startup, raised a seed round and counted actor Suniel Shetty as brand ambassador. Today he architects and ships production AI systems end to end — retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent orchestration, voice AI pipelines, multi-model routing across Claude and Gemini, and live connector integrations serving real businesses.

Raj teaches the way he builds. No filler theory, no toy projects. Every concept in this program is something he uses in production right now.
